Cara Martinisi is a wife and mother to three boys, her oldest son residing in heaven. She is a certified grief and relationship coach, as well as a JourneyDance Guide. Additionally, she is the founder of the non-profit organization, Love From Heaven. Cara's writing has been published on various parenting websites, and in 2021 and 2022, she spoke on the topic of parenting after child loss at The Compassionate Friends National Conference. Cara is a recent recipient of the Extraordinary Women of the 99th Assembly District Award in New York. When not writing or speaking, she enjoys helping others overcome life's adversities through the exploration of healing modalities.
